Well, this topic is usually discussed during new year, when we received new calendar, when we just welcoming 1st January and when we want to say goodbye to December.. but what the heck.. this is my resolution, and I can have it whenever I want.. heh heh..
I want to lose weight! I want to lose weight! I want to lose weight! The last time I achieved my resolution to lose weight was on January - February, 2010.. I lost about 5kg, from 57kg to 52kg, in less than a month. Not bad, huh? And that was my biggest achievement, i think.. But now after delivered my 4th kid, I've gained weight again.. Arrgghh!!
Now, I have to bear in mind that, if I can do it the last time, I surely can do it again this time. I have to be more disciplined.. No more rice.. No more heavy meal.. No more sweet drinks.. No more ice.. No more ice-cream.. No more chocolate (urgghh.. this is the hardest.. huhuhu.. ) and.... EXERCISE!! But when should I start? Now? Tomorrow? Next week? I think, the sooner the better..
