Signs

Signs. They're everywhere. Shut your eyes and ears. See with your mind. Listen to your intuition. Never mind the heart. It's unpredictable and unreliable. Sometimes, you have to follow common sense. We have the reflex system for a reason. It protects us from pain. Try touching a red hot iron, your hands will automatically withdraw. Sometimes, we take more time to react and we'll burn ourselves in the process. The point is, if it's bad for you, turn around and leave. Be alert to the signs. I watched Pushing the Limits on National Geographic. They say pain is a way for the body to protect you from harm. When you feel pain, it means something is wrong and you have to react fast before doing anymore harm to yourself. So if it hurts, take a dose of that dreaded bitter medicine and learn your lesson. Accidents happen. Fine. It hurts. Fine. Get yourself fixed. Heal. Then avoid putting yourself in any more danger that can cause more accidents. What am I saying? I'm talking about signs. Yeah. Signs. It's almost always right there in front of you. It's just a matter of will I be smart enough to listen to it?
